Ah shame. He doesn't look very well groomed, but he's cute. I hope he finds a new home soon! I see that he isn't neutered - I wonder why? Hopefully someone from that area can take him in and give him the love he deserves! Poor boy.

Marilize, you would be shocked to see these areas and the way the animals are left. Even in our area, a lot of dogs have matted hair and look so sad. nothing a good bath and a hair cit cant fix.

Often, people cant afford to sterilise their animals, especially a male they see no point in it so they dont bother.
